Automation. I won't be bleeping around with second-guessing obscure elements of vehicles such as that i copy a line from "above" (in the excel file) and then values are not relevant. So things like vehicle life and loading speed are now automated based on formula. The idea for early vehicles is that due their lack-of-modern build qualities their life was a lot shorter.

Model life: Powered/Unpowered (MU carriages): never expire Intro year >= 1995: never expire Wagons/Coaches: 70 years Anything else: 45 years Vehicle life: Powered/Unpowered (MU carriages): 25 years Wagons/Coaches: 25 years Metro of any type: 50 years Intro year < 1900: 15 years Intro year < 1950: 30 years Intro year < 2000: 40 years Anything else: 45 years

I'm open to discussion though as long as whatever the outcome is can be squeezed into an excel formula
