Ref capacities -- loadingspeed values have been automated and i'd like to keep it that way, otherwise things are very adhoc, especially with the undocumented pseudorandom copying of values across the datasheet (ie me or predecessors being lazy and not documenting what came from where.) - with that in mind.... ... I think for xMUs we should attempt to establish if something is a commuter use or anything else. For commuter use (MTR and so on), use total cap (inc standing) and for intercity use seating. Gods forbid someone gets on the real life uk trains on IC and then gets stuck standing with 1000 others because of signalling problems or strikes causing cancellations, khm-khm but that's vaguely unrelated. ; alas the datasheet is reasonably well documented now as to where capacity values come from, although it's imperfect.
