Ref costs if there's consensus on something simple (aka a multiplier that can be used across the board) I can do that.

Just random-tagging you on a reply, unrelated to the quoted content but there's no @ here. Anyway. I found that the attach-rules don't actually work anymore. I don't quite understand why because even if i copypaste the old logic from the old code, they still don't work. I've just now pushed an update, which equivalently doesn't work but alas. Something of an FYI for you as I think you merged some of the attach-rules into the NG version. Basically they're broken with mine (haven't looked at yours).
