Note that the way horsepower is stored means it's impossible to assign exactly the right value (because it's stored as an integer factor), but I can update the ones you gave as they are defo wrong, although I got them from the OG 2ccNML.

In general though I have the feeling loco-info tends to be a bit over-optimistic when it comes to power estimates (unlike speed where it underestimates), but there usually there are enough metadata to do the whole computation from boiler and piston dimensions so I can double check
