You can find this object (along with almost all known objects) on the Object Service. You will need to use the Object Editor for OpenLoco ( https://github.com/OpenLoco/ObjectEditor )

Download it, open it, then go to the Online tab and wait for the list of objects to update. You can then search for the object id. The one you need should be the 3rd TRACKCN1 object. Click on it in the list to open it then confirm the checksum by clicking the "Dat Header" tab and look at the ChecksumHex field. It should be the same value (with a 0x in front). After you confirm it's the one you need, click the "Download As" button to save it in your preferred location.
