As far as I understand you developed the GRF with the new push-pull-feature of the OpenTTD-nightlies. Looks nice and promising.
Only one thing from your screenshot. The right-most car with the pantograph (behind the driving car) turns around. Shouldn't it stay as it is when altering the driving direction?
