LAMCO operates in Liberia between Mount Nimba and Buchanan in Liberia, and I can't find any indication that this particular locomotive was also operated in Sierra Leone. Even the article linked only mentions Liberia. It also should be standard gauge (I think there may have been a confusion with Sierra Leone having a cape gauge network).
