Let's give this another go.

The company initially explored the potential of transporting coal to the local power plant as we started off around the islands. Which is in need of its own power source. Luckily for the company. The wharf is just around the corner and will be supplying the colliery with much-needed engineering supplies.

Barring any monumental crop failure, the arable farm near the town of Obersaasheim will be cranking out grain and sugar beet for a very long time. The fertile soil and proper planting methods have been shown to produce quite a lot for just a year or two in service.

The company was also very lucky as both refineries are situated next to each other, simplifying the refining processes and creating a lot of jobs for the local economy. Making Amancy a place that people are flocking, not only for leisure but also for work.
