OpenTTD AIs and Game Scripts • What's holding back development of new AI API's?

Hey guys I'm back to my unfinished and still closed AI, I'm taking few months pause every so often because my energy quickly drains out. Many hours have been spent so far, progress is about 20-25% done. [only yeah, but it's already making profit ]

Now for the thread title, I'm wondering what determines development of new API's?

• Do you wait for new developers to join and make them?
• Do you consider AI API's to be complete?
• Or is it there existing schedule or something else?

I know you said squirrel engine isn't going to be upgraded but what about API's?
