"textContent": "Since you added sleeper trains, that makes me wonder if we could make them more enticing for long-distance travel. I also have a couple of narrow-gauge sleeper wagons, and since the capacity is usually worse than their regional/intercity counterpart it's not always clear why to use them in a normal playthrough. For balancing, we could make sleepers more competitive using the 'cargo_age_period' property, so that they are age passengers more slowly than the usual coaches, and therefore make them interesting for long-distance passenger trains.\n\nAlso just a nitpick with the Excel file, but the CityNightLine Sleeper should be Gen 5 (>=2000) and the Trans-Euro-Night should be Gen 4 (>=1970). This makes no difference ingame but that's just to make the IDs make more sense. Also, I noticed that the `vehicleID.pnml` that you generate from the Excel file there are some duplicates with the MU wagons (e.g. item_mu_mu_cargo_wagon_powered is defined twice)?\n\nStatistics: Posted by althonos — 28 Apr 2026 14:45\n\n* * *",
