"textContent": "Tested the last RC and I noticed:\n\n * Some trains should be narrow-gauge instead of standard gauge, I have not checked all of them but for instance all South African and New Zealand locomotives run on Cape gauge and should therefore be narrow-gauge, however the electric locomotives are attributed to standard gauge (at least when I try using U&ReRMM2); some flag may be missing in the rail type tables, probably you should be using NAAE as the default rail type for these.\n * Generally not a fan of abbreviating \"Railway\" as \"Rwy\", I don't think it is so natural for non-native English speakers to abbreviate, plus in the few instances where I've seen it I don't think an abbreviation is needed as the name is not so long (maybe for the \"Hessian Ludwig Railway\", but in that case it may as well be omitted just like how \"Western Pacific\" stands for the \"Western Pacific Railroad\")\n * The Prussian S.10 purchase icon is broken (solid white rectangle)\n * A couple of engines/coaches use double-quotes instead of single quotes: Liberia Class 08, CityNightLine and Trans Euro Night coaches\n * Since Mozambique Railway 101 is one of four locomotives with similar design the class should be named \"Mozambique Railway 101-104\" (or CFM 101-104)\n * \"MAV Class V63\" should be \"MAV V63\" for consistency (no other MAV engine use the word \"Class\")\n * \"GMD GT22LC-2\" is not attributed to an operator -- I suggest renaming \"Abidjan-Niger GMD GT22LC-2\" (or \"RAN GMD GT22LC-2\" but that is a pretty obscure call sign)\n * Since generally the company name is used instead of the constructor name (with few exceptions like GE/GMD/EMD), I would call the \"Hyundai Rotem/Skoda TRC E6800\" simply \"TRC E6800\"; and \"Haine-Saint-Pierre Golwé\" as \"AOF Golwé\" (or \"French West African Golwé\")\n * For the Congo \"Alsthom BB-BB\", BB-BB is a generic type; the actual name corresponding to this series should be \"CFCO BB-BB 300\" (or \"Congo-Ocean BB-BB 300\"); ref here (in French)\n * Same for the \"Alsthom AD30B\" which should be \"OCTRA 101-106\", same ref here\n * The \"Alsthom AD30B\" still shows as \"Andorra\" as the country name in the description/filter list, even though the flag is correct for Gabon?\n * If you want to abbreviate \"South-West African 2-8-0\" the abbreviation should be \"GSWA\" instead of \"SWA\"\n * In addition, the \"South-West African 2-8-0\" should be attributed to Namibia, not Angola.\n * I think there was a confusion that led to renaming and changing the specs of the \"MF GM-EMD-G16\"; the G16 indeed exists but was never exported to Argentina, the correct name was indeed \"GM-EMD J16CW/AC\" which is the manufacturer name of the Renfe Class 319 which was later exported to Argentina. However it should be only availble since 1984. See on trainspo. In addition the accurate operator should probably be UGOFE since these locomotives where delivered in 2010 while UGOFE was handling opertion of the Linea San Martin.\n\nI've started a playthrough with the previous RC so I'll let you know how it goes, but it's nice to already have more diversity\n\nI also made dedicated narrow-gauge wagons & coaches for 2ccNG that perhaps we could eventually integrate to keep the existing wagons on standard gauge only -- I think it makes sense to have same generation wagons that are lighter/smaller/a tad slower for narrow gauge, otherwise there's virtually no reason to ever use narrow-gauge tracks and therefore trains.\n\nStatistics: Posted by althonos — 27 Apr 2026 23:25\n\n* * *",
