2ccNG 0.6.0 now on BaNaNas

The new release adds one new engine: the Tasmanian Government Railways M class, a Garratt steam engine of 1912. It's quite fast and powerful so it should come in handy ingame! It also adds a new coach: the PNR 8300 coach of the Philippine National Railways, a commuter coach which can run at up to 120km/h on Cape gauge tracks.

This release also introduces a change of cargo handling to use FRAX cargo classes for the freight wagons. It works well for what I tested with FIRS 5 and AXIS but feel free to report if other bugs occur.

Speaking of freight wagons, this release also introduces a 3rd generation wagons, coming in 1930 which run at 70km/h and have more reasonable capacities. They also come with a new wagon type, lidded wagons inspired by the "Klappdeckelwagen" used on German lines, which can be used to transport covered bulk cargo. Useful, since FRAX introduces the distinction between "open bulk" and "covered bulk". I'm still planning to add silo wagons later for "powder bulk" in a future release.

I also improved the build system to generate cargo sprites, so there should be a bit more diversity if you're playing with a large industry set like AXIS: open wagons have 14 to 16 different cargo versions (e.g. Bauxite, Coal, Biomass, Maize, Salt, Sand, ...), lidded wagons have 10 different cargo versions, flat wagons have 6 to 10 (e.g. Crates, Planks, Logs, Explosives). Also feel free to report if some look weird and/or are not working correctly with any industry set.

Finally I also fixed a couple of outstanding issues introduces in v0.5.0 with the new badges, and corrected a couple of sprites I wasn't happy with. I also added compatibility for the 2ccTS "revival" version developed by nemethv so that both sets can be used together without issues.

Cheers!
