Sneak preview with cities imported to the *.scn now

But it is still WIP and have to wait for a formal release thread.

Just need to add a few hundred smaller towns that only now I realized I forgot in the *.json files and correct some of the cities for the worst misplaced bridges, although generally the algorithm gives quite pleasing results.
