I decided to go a bit different route here. Allowing other players trains on my tracks is terrible idea for me. BUT! I like the idea of shared stations, to transfer cargo between players. You just build a station and connect it to your tracks, then you make extra platforms (non-uniform stations must be on) and other player connect tracks to it. You just click on Station Window: Shared (one time enabler!) and vioala, now other players can use your station in orders to load or transfer cargo :) Such patch is not very invasive :)
