General OpenTTD • How to use "train through load maximum speed"

Hello,

I came across the option "Train Through Load – Maximum Speed" in the game settings.

How can I use this option? I couldn’t find any information about it on Google or in the OpenTTD-Wiki.

I tried testing it with a train that has a speed limit of 10 km/h while passing through a station, but the train only gets loaded when it stops at the station.
