It could be a problem if it grows spontaneously somewhere near the station supplying the university. Is there any way to switch it to \"receiving tourists\"? You can add new buildings (like a hotel) that would produce tourists from ordinary people (add some conditions like food and goods delivery). Vehicles are ready, so this could be a new aspect of the game.
