Suggestion: For the steam trams, or for that matter for all the "locomotive" type trams, have every available locomotive have every available trailer of that generation? One way to do it would be to have different variants of the same vehicle for the different trailers. Also a suggestion of having passenger coaches behind the electric locomotives remaining available.

Bug report: It seems the steam trams are internally considered electric, since they don't cause non-electric tram tracks to appear (I'm using U&RaTT which should cause them to appear if there is non-electric trams available)
