2ccNG 0.5.0 now on BaNaNas

The new release adds two new engines: the Burma Railways C class steam locomotive, and the Madagascar Railways BBB100 diesel locomotive:

I also fixed the cargo tables to allow a few extra cargo in the tanker wagons, which so far were not accepting liquefied gases like chlorine or O2. In a future release, I'd like to update to FRAX cargo classes to make the set more compatible with modern industry sets.

In addition, I added badges to every single train engine of this set, which summarize:

• the track gauge (using a new railgauge/narrow/..., railgauge/standard, railgauge/broad/... badge schema)
• the power type (steam, diesel, petrol, turbine, electric/ac, electric/dc)
• the region after UN geoschemes (europe/western, etc.)
• the country (flag/FR, etc.)

To make it consistent, I also added badges to every engine of the 2cc Trains in NML set as well. This way you can easily filter by country/modes and so on, and also e.g. filter by rail gauge if you are buying trains from a dual gauge train depot.

I already spotted a couple of errors that will have to wait for the next release, but if you see anything please feel free to report here or in the dev thread. Cheers!
