This is quite a large release, and specifically is a SAVEGAME BREAKING RELEASE. This release is VERY likely to break if you try to upgrade a running game using a previous version, please don't even attempt it.

Major changes this release include a complete sound overhaul, using new (more realistic) sounds for most units and adding sounds for many units that previously didn't have them, along with a badly needed rework of the Turbostar family
