The data files are identical to the CD contents of the 1999 "Smile & Buy" budget release by Hasbro, minus the folders "Acrobat", "DEMOS" and "SUPPORT" - even the cover image and the uncropped black & white manual are in there:

Only the "ENGLISH" folder is there, the "GERMAN", "FRENCH" and "SPANISH" ones are missing (like in the UK edition of Smile & Buy).
