Those are hidden by default for a reason, because in normal cases all you need are the path signals, and they are much easier to use and more efficent. Don't use any of the presignals (entry/exit/combo) unless you really know what you're doing.\n\nI don't think the signal type is the key problem here.\n\nRather, the three right-facing \"entry signals\" to the station are too close to the platforms and need to be moved to the right of the crossings, as indicated by the green and yellow arrows in the attached picture.\n\nPlus the left-most/bottom \"entry signal\" is not needed at all and should be removed.\n\nFurthermore, beyond the signals issue, I'd suggest to replace the \"six-fold crossing\" in the center by a more simple and somewhat wider layout with one straight tile between each switch group.
