OpenTTD Suggestions • Re: Extend "Import towns" to also allow industries

I just discovered this game script called River importer which seems to try at least part of what was discussed above - namely importing rivers.

However, there is no documentation that comes along with it so I could not get it to work, at least with some older JGRPP and OTTD v15.1 (did not have the time to download the latest versions).

Furthermore, from the part of the code that I understand, it requires individual tiles to be declared as "river", not using declaration of polygons (or at least lines). But it seems to be a start.

Maybe the author of the script (weoiss1998) will jump in here with some explanation?!?
