Currently, there's the Default Badge Set by PeterN but it's based on SVG being rescaled to fit the 12px-high badges required by OpenTTD. It doesn't use any particular palette which means it can look a bit conflicting with the flags currently in the 2cc Trains in NML:

To allow replacing the hardcoded graphics of the 2cc Trains in NML set with proper actual badges, here's the 8-bit badges from 2cc Trains in NML (and 2cc Narrow-Gauge in NML) available as a standalone badge set. It already on BaNaNaS, and I'll put the code on GitHub later.
