Thank you very much - this positive feedback is inspiration for me to continue (in addition to the wish to finally play again myself).

That's what I particularly like about the "town import feature" - if you first load a town building NewGRF and then import the town data, you can adjust the way your cities look.

The Germany 16k scenario isn't really for the infrequent player, but if you like to modify things yourself in the scenario editor before starting a game, try out the different town NewGRFs.

If somebody likes Japanese houses on a Central European scenario, why not?!?

Just have to make sure the order is correct: 1) load town NewGRF and only then 2) import town list

It takes me about two long afternoons/evenings to compile the data for one of the German states, so expect another 1-2 months to finish. As announced, Baden-Württemberg will be next.
