Thanks. Could you possibly test the fix? (grf attached to this post)

This required adjusting how all vehicles appear in simplified mode, so it may have introduced new bugs with other vehicles being inappropriately available / unavailable.

I tested the test grf above, and no obvious issues to report; bug fixed!
