When is GETS coming back on Content Server? I can't find it anywhere!

Then you haven't searched "hard enough". It's already there on Bananas. You can download it also from Github. In the last case you have to put the NewGRF file to the directory "newgrf" in the OpenTTD dir in your users directory.
