Hello,

Is there a setting within FIRS to adjust the spawn rate of primary industries (coal mines, iron ore mines, etc.) to secondary industries? My subjective experience with steeltown is that it seems like more secondary industries spawn then primaries.

(I tend to like playing with lower industry/town density, if that makes any difference.)
