OpenTTD Suggestions • Make a company for sale?

Hi everyone. In the multiplayer mode, there are always players, who create or join an company. Whenever a player leaves the server and wont rejoin, the company would be empty for long. Yes, I know a few servers, where companies with no players will be resetted automatically. Still, are there any recent plans to add the feature, to make a company for sale or to merge with other ones? It would be nice, to make one more company slot free, especially if the number of companies is restricted. Ofc you can, if possible, wipe or reset yours but if you want to keep your infrastructure without getting resetted for being offline for long and don't mind that it will belong to others, it would be fine. Yes, not every server have set on the exclusive transport rights. And yep, you can let your company go bankrupt. Still, would be not bad to add these features.
