"textContent": "I finally figured out how to do it.\nTo place Ports and Wharfs on the top and left sides of a body of water, you have to click on the edge of the land, while on the right and bottom sides, you have to click in the water.\nWhat makes the process even more complicated is the random generation of images, as with all other industries.\nIn a game, it's fair to have random generation at the start of the game, but in a scenario, I'd like to be the one to decide where and how to place an industry.\nBut that's another story.\n\nStatistics: Posted by DarkCorner — 23 Feb 2026 05:28\n\n* * *",
