Weekend means update time

Here are three additional "town lists" for use with my Germany 16k scenario:

• Belgium

• Netherlands

• Schleswig-Holstein

With this, the neighbouring countries are complete now and I have started to work on Germany itself, with the northern-most federal state of Schleswig-Holstein first.

There are twelve more lists to follow for the remaining parts of Germany, as the three "city states" of Hamburg, Berlin, and Bremen are already included in the "capital cities" list.

All currently released lists combined, the number of towns and cities is already about 1300 and therefore, about 40% done (the scenario has 3000+ placemarkers, but some also indicate rivers, lakes, and other sites of interest).
