You can have multiple rail types a train can run on, and the only difference will be how fast the train can run on it.

I understand steam loco can run on any rails, but will same steam locomotive run faster on electrified railroad vs normal rails?

Meanwhile a self-powered engine, like steam or diesel, should return having power on every railtype it can run on.

This is exactly the problem, if you want to build normal railroad when multiple are unlocked how do you tell which one is normal rails from AIRailTypeList() to select it?
