  "textContent": "You can have multiple rail types a train can run on, and the only difference will be how fast the train can run on it.\n\nHasPower is only interesting for electric (or monorail/maglev) engines since they require power from the track or catenary. So that function tells you whether the railtype in question supplies power of a type that train can use.
