"textContent": "Hello,\n\nmay I have a feature suggestion, if that's not too much trouble?\n\nWould it be possible to have separate settings for industry generation and closures for primary and secondary industries?\n\nFor example I set the primary industries to not be built or closed during the game, so whatever is there after scenario start is there during the game unless I fund more (that should remain a separate setting, as is right now), but secondary industries are \"business as usual\" with in-game openings and closures?\n\nEDIT: Come to think about it (and having looked through industry specs), it would be a bit more complex\nFor starters, there would be other cases:\n- \"consume-only\" industries (power plants), which could have their own category or fall under secondary industries\n- \"special cases\" like FIRS hotels (produce passengers but otherwise only consume) and oil rigs (produce oil and passengers). The former is very much a primary industry, the latter could IMO be handled as a special case same as above.\n\nStatistics: Posted by Valdez — 19 Feb 2026 15:08\n\n* * *",
