I really never understand why you folks who hate the current approach so much don’t just fork the project.

“I can’t program” isn’t a relevant inhibition, as you could recruit, organise and manage developers along the superior lines you so often lay out.

Or would that be granting us all too much of your precious time?

I get it, in some of your minds, we’re all supposed to work for you, and be grateful that you deign to favour us with your ill-informed opinions about how tens of volunteers collaborate, without formal authority, to create something of demonstrable value to others, at no charge. Such lolz.

Seriously, do a fork. dP has, which is at least a credible response to his criticisms of the development culture.

Can’t stand victim mindset, p*** poor attitude to life. The power to help ourselves is in our own hands (metaphorically). Don’t depend on others for your own happiness or contentment.
