Hello, with given orders:

and with given enabled train template (goods wagons) (here is disabled):

when train goes into depot after second order (which is 'rebuild to eng supplies'), then it is rebuilt in depot to match template (to goods) I think it an issue.

If you don't want the train to be refit to match the template, you should change the refit mode for the template.
