GETS doesn't have it? I thought all real sets have that feature. There is PKP/Polish Train Set which have heating mechanics for arctic climate. Early locomotives and wagons uses steam heating (there's even a heating wagon), modern uses electric and some locomotives don't provide any power for heating just like IRL so they simply can't be used for passenger trains in arctic climate.

I should definitely spend less time on scenario design and play more, then I'd know better
