The funny thing is that Tycoon basically ruins the realism a lot - with the climate.

You mean the sub-arctic "background" or the snowline?!?

I have played around quite a bit and even for Central Europe, I prefer "sub-arctic" over "temperate" since the latter is too much bright green color for me.

Furthermore, I want the snow for the Alps.
