OpenTTD Problems • Re: Annoying changes in 15.0's new UI

If you think Github is a locked and unapproachable platform for the source code, you haven't seen the previous platform. That said, Github is less than ideal for non-technical discussions. I too have a Github account, but I refuse to use it for discussions related to OpenTTD (maybe someday I'll submit a pull request, but that isn't going to happen soon).

In addition, I've heard that important discussions happen on some Discord server. This is even worse, because those discussions would be inaccessible to outsiders and lost forever to history.

I consciously refuse to engage in discussions on these two platforms. I understand that this makes my opinion less visible; if the developers decide to ignore it, it will make me sad (won't be the first time either), but it won't be the end of the world. For the time being, I just postpone the upgrade to version 15.
