The river bends to the east a little north of Hradčany. It is clear that it cannot be drawn completely accurately at this scale, but as I look at mapy.com, the bend of the Vltava begins almost at the level of the Prague Castle. Moreover, isn't Mělník missing at the confluence of the Vltava and the Elbe?

I added Melnik but will only release the modified town list with a new update to include Austria after the weekend.

In addition, I tried to improve the area around Praha, but there are two things to consider:

First, the placemarker for Praha is on the right (eastern) bank of Vlatava, approximately where Staromestka metro station is located, not on the side of the castle hill, which is almost in the center of the picture.

And second, the map is much larger than you might assume, the scale is about 50 meters per tile, so the airport is much further out, approx. 175 tiles to the west, see screenshot with new marker below:
