"textContent": "> Played OpenTTD for as long as I can remember and please allow me to thank you JGR for making this game so great. As a train planner for the real stuff your timetable scheduling options make the game so much more fun as I can now slot or ‘squeeze” in some trains that just fit in between….\n>\n> But might I also please ask for a future feature as well as some advice? I think it would be great for timing your trains to get a rough estimate from the game how long it will take for a train to get from A to B, from B to C etc. as well as “this schedule will take approximately xxx minutes to complete in full allowing for a 10 percent margin. As for now it’s a bit of a guessing game and finetune it afterwards.\n>\n> Secondly: I always end up with loads of trains running, but also with thousands of people on my stations…. How can I scale this back so I have 600 in stead of 6000 passengers waiting (I use Cargodist symmetric)\n\nYou can use timetable automate or autofill to populate these.\n\nYou can use the town cargo scaling settings, or adjust economy speeds, to control cargo generation.\n\n\n> This set of city names is not showing up in JGR.\n> https://bananas.openttd.org/package/newgrf/53460101\n\nI just tested it and it works fine.\n\nStatistics: Posted by JGR — 12 Feb 2026 18:58\n\n* * *",
