Iron Horse 4.13.0 now available in game

Not savegame compatible with Iron Horse releases before 4.12.0.

Changes

• added liveries for
  • Clipper
  • Goliath

Fixes

• Slammer and Zeus had incorrect livery names and livery order
• introduction dates for engines with single-unit and multiple-unit variants are now the same across all variants
