What are your thoughts on making it possible for the houses to accept coal if they are built before 1960?

I do currently have some buildings accept farm supplies. Whether it's a good idea to have town buildings accept general cargos I'm not sure. Coal, I'd say probably not: because it's a fairly high-demand cargo that is deliverable to power stations near towns, anyway.
