This will always be the depot which was the nearest at the moment when the train had received that order — which could have happened a long distance away. If that path is blocked when the train arrives, it will wait even if there's another free depot nearby.\n\nTo mitigate this problem, you need to defer the choice of the \"nearest\" depot for as long as possible.
