Open DOMAIINS Agreement (ODA)

So due to how the legal system works in my country (under which my company falls under) and how it is going to be actively used by me... I decided (well a long time ago) to prepare a statement and usage agreement in case anyone decides to start making things with my products.

This is mainly here to be used as a mission statement but also social contract between me and whomever wants to use my work for commercial purposes.

Below you can see the contract in it's current state and it will remain online here in case anyone needs it or wants to reference it.

This work is created under the Open DOMAINS Agreement, called ODA in the text from now on. ODA is a special licence that allows the selling, reselling, and gaining profit from work derived and created using the ODA that has not used AI (LLM/GENMOD) in any way.. In turn you can use materials from any DOMAIINS book under the following rules:

So, when you are making stuff for DOMAIINS (Both the game and any kind of add-on), you can profit from it and claim your work as long as you honour where the original comes from by copying the short segment above along with the 8 bullets.
