"textContent": "After a humbling 2-0 loss on the road last Wednesday in the first leg of their Concacaf Champions Cup quarterfinal match against Tigres UANL, the Seattle Sounders finally return to the friendly confines of Lumen Field for the first time since February to host the return leg.\n\nThe stadium will look a little different tonight, as the team’s lengthy road trip enabled the installation of a natural grass surface and other facility improvements ahead of this summer’s men’s World Cup. The US Women’s National Team played the first game on the new surface last night and it held up well despite heavy rain throughout the day, a weather theme which continued into today.\n\nShould the Sounders win 2-0, the match will go to extra time and a shootout if necessary. If Tigres score a goal, the Sounders will need to win by at least three goals to avoid being eliminated from the tournament.\n\n# Notes\n\nThe Sounders had the weekend off after their MLS match against RSL was rescheduled to September to reduce wear and tear on the newly installed grass surface.\n\nTigres beat Chivas 4-1 in Liga MX before traveling to Seattle.\n\nThe center referee is Ismael Cornejo from El Salvador. It is his 15th CCC/CCL match in the center. He's shown one red and awarded two penalties.\n\n## Recent form (all competitions)\n\nSounders: WWDWL\n\nTigres: WLLWW\n\n## How to Watch\n\n**Match date/kickoff time** : Wednesday, April 15, 8:30 PM PT\n\n**Venue** : Lumen Field, Seattle\n\n**English TV** : FS1 (John Strong & Stu Holden)\n\n**Spanish TV:** TUDN (Aldo Farias, Antonio Gómez Luna & Mauricio Ymay)\n\n**Is this game available to stream for free?** N\n\n## Lineups\n\n> Our Starting XI for Leg Two 💪 📰: sndrs.com/i3edu574 | #SEAvTIG\n>\n> — Sounders FC (@soundersfc.com) 2026-04-16T02:31:16.908Z\n\n## Highlights\n\n11’ - Sounders goal!
