Why does it seem fake to you? As a non-programmer, I find it definitely odd, given UXP’s background, that somebody would make an agentic browser based on Goanna, but there is a download link offering what are purportedly Windows binaries. Of course, far all I know, these could be malware, and I would surely not run it on my own computer if I were running a recent Windows version, but this seems, at face value, like something which could exist.

Well, the only thing offered as far as I can tell is binaries that I don't really want to download. All the other links on the page are dead... and worst of all, it attributes Goanna to roytam1 and implies it's his project.
