X was working no problem then in 1 day both chrome and PM wont play them

In that case it's not a Pale Moon problem. You may be blocking things needed for X videos.

Are the videos playing for you?

Doesn't play in Pale Moon.

A playlist is not a video format. If they want to use playlists they should be using a JS framework to call into mediasource.
