That site is not compatible with OpenSearch standard. It works in a completely different manner: when you are typing your query, page scripts sends your text to the site and receives results in its own (unique) format. Then this script redraws the page and additionally changes URL string.

Nevertheless, it is possible to hack the system.

Type any simple request (for example, dummy) and wait a few seconds for page with result. Additionally you can open "Advanced search" parameters and set them. Then copy resulting URL string and open Engine Editor. Delete all parameters from the table (if any), paste copied URL into the "URL" field, and replace dummy in it with {searchTerms} :

Then press "OK"

(There will be no search suggestions, of course.)
