You also seem to allow cloudflareinsights.com

That is most likely a global setting, I didn't touch it for that particular domain or anything. It is also allowed in NoScript (together with cloudflare.com).

Thing is, we cannot assume or guess on what basis exactly do these websites allow or block a certain user. CloudFlare may be one factor but there may also be other cumulative factors before or after it that dictate how they filter out user access. I believe this is why a lot of users claim the inability of accessing certain sites/domains while others have absolutely no problems with those.
