My first impression wasn't good, as I felt the UI looked too old to me, so I quickly dropped it for Firefox instead which looked Chrome enough. I guess you could say that Australis worked in attracting people like me...

For me, the newer UI of firefox, looked like windows vista trash.

The post 2000s UI for me looks bad mostly, it doesn't add, it subtracts.
